Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms form an agreement between you and ByePixel.cc, operating from Singapore. By accessing or using ByePixel, you agree to them.

Using ByePixel

ByePixel provides tools designed to convert raster images into vector graphics. You may use the service for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your content and responsibility

You keep whatever rights you legally hold in content processed with ByePixel. ByePixel does not claim ownership of selected images or generated vectors. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or necessary permission to process and use each image.

Prohibited use

You must not intentionally use ByePixel for unlawful purposes; infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights; compromise site security; interfere with operation; gain unauthorised access; or use automated systems that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Availability and changes

ByePixel is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. These Terms may change as ByePixel evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Vectorisation results

Automatic vectorisation cannot guarantee perfect reproduction. Results depend on image resolution, complexity, colours, gradients, textures and selected settings. You must inspect and test generated files before printing, cutting, manufacturing, embroidery, merchandise or other production.

No guarantee of fitness

To the extent permitted by law, ByePixel is provided without guarantees that generated files will suit every application, printer, cutting machine or process. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ByePixel.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a failure to inspect generated artwork. You remain responsible for backups, testing and production decisions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies to you.
